Our team in Stoke-on-Trent is looking for a Team Leader to join them in providing high-quality recovery care to a diverse client group. Stoke-on-Trent's Community Drug and Alcohol Service (CDAS), a partnership between With You and BAC O'Connor, provides a free, confidential and friendly service to anyone experiencing challenges with drugs or alcohol. As a leading charity supporting people with drug, alcohol, and mental health challenges, we operate over 80 services across England and Scotland, providing free and confidential support to more than 100,000 people each year. The closing date for applications is 18th June 2025. Please note that this role may close early should sufficient applications be received, so early application is advised. All applicants must submit a CV along with a cover letter explaining why they should be considered for this role. This post requires excellent leadership skills to work innovatively and confidently. You will support staff in high performing recovery work, overseeing quality assurance and safeguarding, with the capacity to work within competing demands and tight timescales. The position is full time and permanent with a salary of £30,000 per annum.
