Summary
The post holder will support the Programme Manager in meeting screening objectives and performance targets including financial expenditure, cost control, quality and activity targets within the Humber Diabetic Eye Screening Programme. They will also contribute to the strategic direction of the service. The post holder will be expected to show a high level of initiative across the full range of responsibilities with the ability to manage their own work load with minimal supervision. They will also need to be flexible and able to deal with changing priorities. Excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing high quality customer care and service are crucial.Applicants must be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication and team working skills, together with an ability to prioritise workload and work flexibly under pressure to achieve deadlines.
