The role
As a Caretaker within our Supported Living Services, you will play a key part in helping us create safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environments where the people we support can thrive. Your work behind the scenes will directly contribute to the quality of life and independence of the individuals we support.
Key responsibilities include*:
- General maintenance, basic plumbing, decorating, and garden care
- Conducting safety checks (fire alarms, emergency lights, water temp, etc.)
- Liaising with contractors and keeping accurate records
- Supporting vehicle maintenance and stock management
- Ensuring minimal disruption to the people we support

We’re looking for someone with practical maintenance experience, good communication skills, and a flexible, person-centred approach. You’ll need to be able to work independently, manage your workload, and be confident using basic technology (e.g. email, Teams).
A Full UK driving licence and access to your own tools is essential.
