Your Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home
Ensure full CQC compliance and high-quality care standards
Lead, develop, and inspire a multidisciplinary care team
Oversee budgets, occupancy, and service delivery targets
Build trusted relationships with families, staff, and local professionals
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and compassionate care
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Care Home Manager (nursing or residential)
In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and inspection processes
Confident leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience managing teams, budgets, and operational targets
Relevant qualifications in Health & Social Care or Management preferred
