  • Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
  • 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), increasing to 33 with length of service

Your Role:

As a FacilitiesSupervisor, you’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple sites,providing front-of-house services and supporting essential workplace functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate on-site meetings and event support
  • Deliver consistent front-of-house services: reception, visitor management, meeting rooms, and communal areas
  • Maintain safety records, complete audits, and manage work order documentation
  • Host client events and workplace activities, escalating maintenance issues as needed
  • Serve as Maximo Superuser and helpdesk contact for the region
  • Manage inventory, process orders and invoices, and maintain accurate sales records
  • Provide switchboard coverage and handle incoming communications efficiently
  • Ensure the office environment is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times


About You:

We’re looking forsomeone who brings both professionalism and energy to their work.

You will bring:

  • Experience in a client-facing or hospitality environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with Maximo or a similar helpdesk system
  • Reception or concierge experience (preferred)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a commitment to service excellence
