Hours: 7am – 5pm Monday – Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays 7am – 12pm

We are looking for a Junior Workshop Manager to join our Accident Repair Centre in Bristol, Aztec West who has a passion for
teamwork and productivity to support in leading a high-achieving Bodyshop. You will be trained on the job in all aspects of
managing an accident repair centre. You will work efficiently in a modern fast-paced clean environment, collaborating as a team
player and consistently meeting tight deadlines.
We are creating the next generation of repair centres, driven by a passion for service, quality, and customer focus, and we want
you to be a part of it!
This role will include, but is not limited to:
* Work alongside the management team ensuring daily repair target is achieved.
* Ensure Halo’s repair process is being adhered to.
* Provide updates of repair stage of each vehicle as required.
* Manage stock levels and order parts required.
* Uphold Halo standards including cleanliness.
* Reporting to the Senior Bodyshop Manager at all times.
What are we looking for?
* Some experience in an Accident Repair setting.
* A passion for teamwork and productivity to lead a high-achieving Bodyshop.
* A proactive approach, staying one step ahead.
* A good level of IT on computer and smart phone usage.
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic and organised with a keen eye for detail.
* A full Driving Licence.
