HGV Driver - Class 2
Are you an HGV Class 2driverlooking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation? At Tarmac, we're on the lookout for a HGV Class 2 driver.
About the Role
Reporting to the Transport Manager, you as the HGV Class 2 driverwill be ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently whilst maintaining a high quality service at all times in line with company standards, procedures and customer requirements.
What you will be doing
In this role, you as the successful HGV Class 2 driverwill be carrying out the following duties and responsibilities (not exhaustive):
- Complying with current EU Regulations for Drivers Hours and Working Time Directive
- To ensure vehicles and trailers (where applicable) are in a roadworthy condition
- Developing and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues and stakeholders for the benefit of the company
- Working as part of a team
- Managing vehicles; ensuring you are properly informed and equipped to carry out tasks
- Complying with all safety requirements
- Carrying out site operations to maximise operational effectiveness and efficiency
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is:
- In possession of an LGV Licence
- CSCS Qualification
- Driver Card & CPC
