Summary

Newton Aycliffe based engineering company looking to recruit a CNC Operator with immediate start available. You will play a crucial role in producing high-quality components and parts using state-of-the-art computer numerical control (CNC) machinery.

The role will include:

Set up and operate CNC machines to perform machining operations according to specifications.
Interpret technical drawings and work orders to determine machine setup, tool selection, and programming requirements.
Load materials into the machine and ensure proper alignment for accurate machining.
Monitor machine operations and adjust as necessary to maintain quality standards and productivity.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure their optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine malfunctions or programming errors.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and achieve production targets.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Any other duties required.
The successful candidate will have / be:

Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role.
