Platform Property Care have opportunities for experienced Heating Engineers who can deliver installation of heating systems, and complex heating and hot water systems based in Louth and the surrounding area.
The role is varied, and no two days are the same! It’s a tough task and our expectations are high. In return you’ll have the support of a great team!

• Basic salary of up to £40,954 per annum
• OTE additional average earnings of £1,500 per annum from OOH rota

Some things we need from you:
• ACS, CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, UHWSS, Oil are essential.
• MET1, DAH1, LPG are desirable.
• Either qualified at NVQ Level 2/ 3 Heating / Plumbing/ Ventilation
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with customers and other trades.
• Experience of working in Social Housing
• Full Driving Licence
• As you will be working within Customers’ homes this role requires a DBS check.

There is also the opportunity to earn additional form being on the out of hours rota as required.
This role is for a team covering properties around Louth, Lincoln, Mablethorpe, Horncastle and Gainsborough so you will need to live in this area.
