Summary
HGV Technician
Location: Liverpool
Basic Salary: £52,000 (OTE £60,000 +)
Hours: Monday to Friday days

Key Responsibilities
• Carry out routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of HGVs
• Complete all work to industry standards and regulations
• Perform brake, suspension, axle, welding, and structural repairs
• Maintain accurate service records and compliance documentation
• Adhere to all health and safety standards
• Collaborate effectively with workshop colleagues
Essential Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience as an HGV Technician
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licence (HGV Class 1 preferred but not essential)
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
• IRTEC accreditation
• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds qualification
• Experience maintaining tail lifts, lifting decks, or double-deck trailers
