Latimer by Clarion Housing Group is looking for an ambitious, passionate and dedicated apprentice to join the Tendring and Colchester Borders Garden Community (TCBGC) project team based in London. The programme is designed to provide you with the relevant training and work experience to allow you to grow into a competent, professional and well-rounded development professional with a strong understanding of how projects of this scale are made a reality. We offer on the job support to strengthen academic learning with real life experience in property development, as well as to achieve professional qualifications such as APC for full RICS accreditation (Planning and Development Pathway).

You’ll demonstrate a genuine passion to help make a difference by providing much needed affordable housing within the Colchester area and contribute to shaping the success of the Development team, bringing forward opportunities and delivering new homes that allow the project and company to make a step change towards the achievement of its ambitious targets.

We’re looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals who are passionate about pursuing a longer-term career within development.
