We’re looking for an Administrator who can bring energy, organisation, and heart to our Learning & Development (L&D) function. You’ll be at the centre of our mission to deliver meaningful, high-quality training and development for employees, volunteers, and partners across the organisation and wider sector.

What you’ll do…
• Be the friendly, efficient first point of contact for all L&D queries
• Promote upcoming courses
• Coordinate bookings, Trainers, venues, and resources
• Manage learning records and track attendance and completions

What you’ll bring…
• Administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organisational skills, with a passion for getting things right
• Experience delivering high standards of customer service
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
