Job details
•Answering the telephone to customers and suppliers
•Using email to communicate with customers and suppliers
•Assisting with customer queries
•Talking with a range of people and directing calls
•Being responsible for and maintaining daily reports
•Using a management portal to retain information
•Creating and maintaining customer records
•Processing purchase orders
•Providing accurate documentation for clients
•Supporting other team members as required
•General office duties

Working hours
• Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm, 1 hour lunch, 37.5 hours per week
