Summary
Please see full job description and personal specification. *Gather, provide, and receive information, to/from a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. *To maintain constructive relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders such as, Operational and programme leads, Somerset ICB commissioning leads, Digital transformation team, NHSE regional teams. *Ability to present complex information to a range of professional groups, including clinicians and senior managers. *To use effective communication skills to present to internal and external stakeholders on project delivery / performance and outcome information. *To use effective communication to ensure that project delivery, performance and outcome information is coordinated with other relevant projects across Somerset. *Responsible for leading and delivering performance management of the project. *Ensures appropriate project and change management programs, are prepared and implemented and facilitate changes in working practices arising from the implementation of any new systems or pathways or processes. *Develop detailed project plans to ensure delivery of the project. *Liaise with stakeholders across Somerset to deliver the project. *Develop benefits realisation plans. *Coordination to deliver against agreed quality standards. *Gather, manage, and interpret highly complex facts and information which forms the basis for dissemination to other. *Work with highly complex data, facts and situations requiring analysis, interpretations, and comparisons. *Monitor and review project activity and exercise judgement in terms of deciding which issues should be escalated. *Managing the input required to enable the evaluation to be completed by the physiotherapy senior leadership team. *Monitor progress of the project against agreed project plans and adjust the plans, if necessary, e.g., if a milestone date has not been met. *Identify and manage project risks *Responsible for analysis of relevant data output *Demonstrate effective and transparent decision making, basing decisions on full option appraisals. Clearly articulate relative benefits and dis-benefits of options and support recommendations with a clear and concise rationale.
