A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Manager/Supervisor for a company in the Bristol area that provide specialist print solutions.
With no day ever being the same the Production Manager/Supervisor role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 18 production staff across 2 shifts
- Supervisor of Slitting and Coating Operations
- Ongoing training and development of staff
- Ongoing improvement and review of Processes and procedures
- Oversight of Quality and Health and Safety
- Getting involved with recruitment and company growth plans
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Time Served as a Production Manager/Supervisor
- Ability to establish and maintain a good team working environment.
- Operational understanding of a production/distribution facility
- Forklift License Experience
Package and Benefits:
- £35,000 - £40,000
- 20 days + Banks, 37.5 hours, Mon-Fri (9am - 5pm)
