Summary


An exiting opportunity has arisen for CHCP CIC to recruit a Registered Manager for Sunshine House. This is a newly developed post which requires an experienced, professional leader to join a well established team of passionate and driven staff. Sunshine House provides short break care to children and young people with very complex health needs, over a 24 hour period seven days a week. It is really important that the successful person is committed to ensuring we deliver the best possible care to the children, young people and families who access Sunshine House, taking into account that each child, young person and family are unique.

We are looking for someone who is able to be registered with Ofsted as the Sunshine House Registered Manager, leading the team to meet the quality standards whilst ensuring Sunshine House is a wonderful place to visit, stay and work. You will be registered with a professional body, hold a professional qualification in a relevant field and have a deep understanding of how to meet the emotional, physical, social and communication needs of children and young people- including those with complex health needs, life limiting conditions and profound and multiple learning disabilities. In return, you will achieve a huge sense of job satisfaction from working with amazing children, young people, families and professionals.
