Job Description:

We are seeking caring and dependable individuals to join our dedicated domiciliary care team as Bank Waking and Sleeping Night Care Professionals. This is a flexible, as-needed role ideal for those who want to make a positive impact in their community by supporting individuals in their own homes during the night.

You will be delivering high-quality person-centred care, ensuring clients are safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night. Whether you are staying overnight for sleep-in shifts or providing support during waking hours, your role will be key to maintaining our clients' dignity and independence at home.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide overnight support to clients in their own homes, including sleep-in and
waking night shifts
- Support with personal care, medication, mobility, and emotional reassurance as
needed
- Follow individual care plans and respond promptly to any changes or
emergencies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records
- Work closely with the care coordination team to deliver consistent and
professional service

Requirements:
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – full training is provided
- A compassionate and reliable nature with a strong commitment to helping others
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred (due to travel between clients)
- Right to work in the UK
