Summary
The States of Guernsey are looking for a Senior Staff Nurse to join the team in Roustel Ward.
The post holder will be responsible for supervising, supporting, coaching and appraising, all junior staff. They will promote the highest standards of individualised care, participating in decision making and implementing care innovations with the senior ward team. They are expected to act as a mentor, practice assessor and supervisor to junior staff and students. The post holder will be expected to implement and monitor quality assurance initiatives including development of action plans and measuring outcomes.
