Description
At System C, we don't just create software-we build solutions that make a real difference. We're proud to support the social care and education sectors with innovative digital tools that empower professionals and improve lives. As part of our Social Care & Education (SCE) division, you'll be contributing to something that truly matters.
We're excited to offer an incredible opportunity to join our team as an Associate Project Manager. This is an entry-level role designed to give you the perfect start in your project management career, delivered in conjunction with a fully funded Level 4 Project Management Apprenticeship. Over two years, you'll gain practical experience while studying towards a recognised qualification-with mentorship, support, and real responsibility from day one.
As part of our delivery team, you'll assist with coordinating the implementation of our digital solutions across local government clients. You'll learn how to scope, plan, and manage projects while working alongside experienced Project Managers and a supportive Portfolio Manager. From producing documentation and tracking progress to attending project calls and workshops, you'll get involved in every step of the project lifecycle.
We're looking for someone who's curious, motivated, and passionate about using technology to create better outcomes for communities. Whether you're a recent school leaver, a career starter, or someone looking to change paths, this opportunity could be your ideal next step.
What You'll Need:
- GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent
- Eligibility for a Level 4 Project Management Apprenticeship (e.g. no prior equivalent qualifications)
- A real interest in digital transformation, technology, or public services
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Any exposure to project work through studies, jobs, or volunteering
- Strong organisation and communication skills
This role is based in our Leeds city centre office.
