We are looking to recruit a Support Worker to provide support for a 9-year-old female child with a complex diagnosis of Chromosome Microdeletion 15q113, which is a rare genetic condition, Autism, ADHD and a Learning Disability.

Main Duties
This young girl’s diagnosis has an impact on her development and affects her behaviours, which can be unpredictable. She has no danger awareness and needs the support of an adult to keep her safe; and to help her understanding of the world around her. We are looking for a kind, caring, and confident Support Worker to help this child who loves to talk and enjoys swimming, the park and beach, baking, and would love to learn to Horse Ride as she is an animal lover! This is a chance to make a real difference in this child's life, bringing fun and structure to her day. You’ll start by getting to know her in her own home, where trust can grow, and you can begin to develop a relationship with her. She suffers from anxiety separation from her mum, so you will need patience and understanding. If you’ve got a positive and hands-on attitude, we’d love to hear from you.

· Bring a warm, cheerful, and caring personality
· Are reliable, punctual, and full of initiative

Hours 5 hours per week during term-time weeks to take place Saturday’s/Sunday’s. 8 hours per week during all school holiday weeks, to be used as one full day out during the week.
