Role:
- We are currently seeking a dedicated SEN Key Worker for a school in Plymouth, committed to creating an environment where kindness and respect are at the heart of everything we do.
- Our school is dedicated to delivering high-quality teaching and learning through a broad and engaging curriculum. We strive to provide each pupil with the opportunity to discover their own identity, achieve academic success, and experience personal growth.

Requirements:
- Have experience working with children with SEN, either on a 1:1 basis or within a classroom setting.
- Be passionate about supporting SEN children.
- Be flexible, proactive, and patient.
- Communicate effectively as part of a team.
- Be committed to a full-time role.
- While experience in education is preferred, those with a background in support work often have transferable skills.
- Hold a valid driving licence
