Summary
Are you an experienced Hub Team Leader looking to take the next step in your career? We are hiring! You will be working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week on an annual salary of £29,000.00 per annum.

How you'll make an impact as Hub Team Leader at Movianto:
&· Support the Shift Manager with day-to-day operations, acting as first point of contact for warehouse colleagues
&· Prioritise workloads, identify and resolve operational issues, and ensure service levels are met
&· Lead daily team briefings, ensure smooth shift handovers, and contribute to management meetings
&· Compile and review operational data and reports as required
&· Gain knowledge of transport functions, including final mile, wholesale, trunking, and driver compliance
&· Support audits and ensure compliance with all company, legal, health & safety, and quality procedures
&· Promote a culture of engagement, safety, and continuous improvement
What it will take to thrive as Hub Team Leader at Movianto:
&· Previous team leadership experience, ideally in a logistics or FMCG environment
&· Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working across all levels of the organisation
&· Understanding of disciplinary procedures and basic man-management
