Torus is offering an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Stock Condition Surveyor to join our Strategy and Planning team. If
you're ready to use your technical knowledge to make a real difference in people's homes and communities, this could be the

What you’ll be doing:
* In this role, you'll work alongside experienced surveyors to help maintain and improve thousands of homes across the North West
* Support the delivery of a wide range of surveys – including stock condition, energy performance, HHSRS, asbestos re-inspection,
and more
* Use electronic systems to ensure our property data is accurate and up to date
* Help identify building defects and support future investment decisions
* Collaborate with customers and colleagues to improve homes and neighbourhoods
* Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement in everything you do
* This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while learning from a supportive, knowledgeable team.
What we’re looking for:
* Enthusiastic about building surveying and property data
* Familiar with key legislation including Decent Homes and health & safety standards
* A strong communicator, team player and self-starter
* Confident with IT systems and eager to learn
* Able to travel between sites – a full UK driving licence and business insurance are essential
* A qualification or interest in becoming a Domestic Energy Assessor is a plus, but not essential.
Interview Process:
* Candidates will undergo in-person interviews, consisting of a competency-based interview.

* 2x Completed references
* OH Health Questionnaire – Fit For Work
