Summary
Clinical coding of patient medical records from hospital clinical correspondence. Review patient records and accurately produce a summary of the patients medical history. Accurately read-coding data on SystmOne into the patient record Identifying relevant clinical information documented in patient correspondence, coding appropriately and completing any detailed actions. Review all clinical letters ensuring they are processed appropriately, in line with protocols. Reviewing progress of summarising, ensuring practice targets are achieved. File and store records as required on the system. Maintain a clean, tidy, effective working area at all times. Complete workflow and system tasks
