Our Kent Learning Disabilities Service is expanding, and we’re looking for Support Workers to join our welcoming and energetic team in Tonbridge, Kent.

As a Support Worker, you’ll work closely with service users to help them achieve personal goals set out in their Person-Centred Support Plans. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, respectful, and empowering support every day.

No experience? No problem. We provide full training and ongoing development to help you build a meaningful and rewarding career with us.

If you're a friendly, adaptable, and dependable person who is motivated by helping others thrive, this could be the perfect role for you. Every day is different – and every day matters.

We provide a 24/7 service, you'll therefore be able to work day shifts, weekends, evenings and sleep-ins on a rota basis.
