Job Title: Team Leader – Children’s Residential Care

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage team performance, ensuring quality care delivery.
Create, review, and implement individualised care plans.

Ensure the safeguarding and well-being of children and young people aged 8–17 with complex needs.
Foster positive relationships with residents, promoting emotional and social development.
Organise and facilitate daytime activities that support therapeutic engagement.

Candidate Requirements:
Valid UK driver’s licence
Proven experience in children’s residential care or a related setting
Prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role
Strong understanding of residential care operations and safeguarding responsibilities

Ability to support both young people and staff in a therapeutic environment
