Summary
Brinsons Property Consultancy is a longstanding, independent firm based in Caerphilly specialising in Commercial property. We are seeking to recruit a Commercial Property Administrator who will assist and support all aspects of Commercial Agency, Valuation and Property Management.
Job description
Commercial Property Administrator
• Valuation reports and formatting
• General office administration and diary management providing support to the commercial team
• Monitor incoming telephone calls and emails ensuring matters are dealt with in a timely manner
• Property Management (Rent Demands, Landlord/Tenant enquiries, paying invoices)
Essential Skills
• Excellent working knowledge with Microsoft packages including Word, Excel & Powerpoint
• Competent in using Microsoft Outlook
• Numeric Skills (equivalent to GCSE Maths)
• Good attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Enthusiastic and a willingness to learn
• Self-motivated and organised
