Summary
o support us in achieving our vision we are currently recruiting an Anti-social Behaviour Officer. Initially temporary, with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Location: Tonbridge, ME19 area.
Hours: On average 42 hours per week, shifts as per site rota. Wednesday to Sunday, various shifts between the hours of 10:30am - 00:00am.
Salary: £13.00 per hour. Weekly Pay !!
Job Purpose:
Assist in monitoring and enforcing environmental issues, anti-social behaviour, and relevant legislation, working with the Local Authority and Kingdom.
This allows you to:
Full PAYE status (still allows Tax Credits/SSP etc)
Remain eligible for SSP/SMP
Weekly pay every Friday
Holiday pay
Job flexibility – allowing you to be registered with more than one company

Company Pension - NEST (Automatically enrolled if eligible – one month opt out period)
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct foot patrols, inspect public areas, identify contraventions, and issue Fixed Penalty Notices (FPN) using a handheld terminal or manual systems.
Maintain accurate records of activities and evidence for court proceedings.
Support prosecutions by attending court when required.
Stay knowledgeable about relevant legislation (e.g., Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing act 2016, Environmental Protection Act 1990).
Synchronize FPN and photographic evidence from handheld terminals or digital cameras.
Undertake other appropriate responsibilities as needed.
Communication:
Express information clearly and concisely to ensure understanding.
Flexibility:
Adapt to change and work effectively in various situations and weather conditions.
Learning and Development:
Participate in our training course to gain insight into daily duties, current legislation, communication, and interaction aspects of the role, earning a recognized qualification in environmental awareness.
