Working within the Finance Team, the overall objective of this role is to provide accurate financial information and be time driven and efficient in your support to the Finance Team, which will include but is not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Invoicing:

Processing of all customer invoices monthly/quarterly in a timely manner.

Managing the ‘Sales’ email inbox and relating queries.

Managing and updating the ‘Sales’ income spreadsheet to ensure completeness.

Assist credit control with invoice queries.

Petty Cash

To check and prepare a high volume of petty cash claims in an accurate and timely manner.

Check accuracy of coding of the claims, relevant cost centres and nominal accounts.

Managing the petty cash requests from project managers.

Monthly reconciliations of petty cash floats and the suspense account.
