Summary
Job Description:
Drive online sales through direct customer engagement, upselling, and cross-selling across our e-commerce platforms.
Develop and manage B2C and/or B2B sales funnels, nurturing leads through various stages of the buying journey.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to launch promotions, campaigns, and product releases.
Monitor competitor pricing, trends, and product offerings to adjust sales tactics as needed.
Assist in managing product listings, descriptions, and pricing to ensure accuracy and appeal.
Provide feedback on customer preferences and website usability to help improve the online shopping experience.
Mandarin speaker preferred
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably within the e-commerce or retail industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Mandarin
Strong understanding of global marketing practices and ability to adapt strategies to retail operations.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions
Ability to identify new market opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and expand the company's customer base.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
