Field Sales Executive/Administrative assistant required for multi award winning care agency.
Lastminute Care & Nursing is a multi award-winning healthcare agency , branches across united kingdom looking for a field Sales executive/administrative assistant for our new Aylesbury office. We have been awarded ‘Most trusted Health & Social Care Staff Agency 2023’, testament to our hard-working team & professionalism.

part time /full time. Hours can be flexible.
This position is suited for people with sales experience or recruitment experience, but full training is provided. We would also consider a trainee position.
This position attracts a basic salary, with a generous bonus structure for the right candidate.
Assisting in the recruitment and registration of new agency staff. Following a recruitment process from start to finish. Enabling staff to go out to work in the care sector.
The main duties are/including. managing a database of clients within Aylesbury, High Wycombe, Milton Keynes and surrounding areas
Calling to arrange visits to care homes in the area to discuss and understand their need and requirements for care agency staff. Explaining or pitching to administration staff or home managers, our service and product. Being able to communicate and explain how we work differently to other care agencies.
If you have sales or telesales experience or from a recruitment agency background this position would be ideal, however we would consider accepting people with the following skills, who wish to gain experience within sales, field sales, account management. We would be willing to take candidates, that have had experience in the following sectors. Door to door sales, telesales, field sales, direct sales and direct customer service roles/customer management recruitment, office admin
Sales experience in a recruitment agency is preferrable
Good telephone manner
Driver’s licence - own vehicle required.
Computer literacy
Administrative skills
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent communication skills

Your core skills in customer service and communication will enable you to effectively engage with clients and telemarketing efforts. you will work to meet and exceed sales targets. Additionally, your proficiency in IT and time management will support efficient account management and assisting in the recruitment of new agency staff enabling them to go out to work in the care sector., ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
