Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic people with excellent organisational and communication skills to work in our friendly and dynamic department.
The primary purpose of this role is to keep accurate recording of figures in the ledger liaising with the accountant as required & payment of all invoices.
The post holder will assist in providing general administration and clerical support and accounting functions to the Churchill Hospital League of Friends .
• To assist with the administration and accounts of the Churchill Hospital League of Friends
• Keeping records up to date.
• Liaise with the accountant to complete VAT returns online
• Keeping accounts up to date in the ledger
• Payment of all invoices
• To maintain data base records regarding volunteers. Deal with Volunteer applications
• Support the Chairman keeping accurate records for submission to the Charity Commission
• Ordering of stationery
• Order as required items for the Tea Bar
• Attend monthly committee meeting including taking minutes
• Attend AGM meeting once a year reporting on the finances for the year

This role is part time – 8 hours per week (TWO DAYS PER WEEK - MONDAY TO FRIDAY DAYS TO SUIT)
