Summary
The Palliative & Bereavement Lead will provide clinical leadership within the neonatal service and will playan integral part in service delivery and development. They will be pivotal in developing and delivering aneducation programme around baby loss and bereavement to all health care professionals. In addition, the successful candidate will have the skills and personality to have a positive impact on the working days of colleagues, recognising openly good practice and effort whilst at the same time challenging practice constructively and supportively where necessary.
