Summary
To provide personal medical services to the registered practice population and to ensure that targets are met in terms of activity and quality in line with the PMS / GMS / APMS or any other contract that may exist between Stratford Village Surgery (SVS), Church Road Health (CRH), Cumberland Medical Centre (CMC), E7 Health (E7H) and Newham (or other) CCG National Commissioning Board.
