We’re Recruiting: Level 3 Childcare Practitioner – Permanent Opportunity

Location: Chipping Norton, OX7
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (Permanent)
Salary: £25,396 – £28,579 per annum
Hours: 20–40 hours per week (Flexible Options)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10-hour shifts available

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a passionate and qualified Level 3 Childcare Practitioner to join a dynamic and nurturing early years team based in a beautiful period property in Chipping Norton. This is a permanent opportunity offering flexible working patterns in a setting where creativity, curiosity, and child-led learning thrive.

About the Role:

Whether you're looking for full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (30 hours over 3 days or 25 hours over 5 mornings/afternoons), this role offers flexibility and the chance to work in an inspiring environment that values the individuality of every child.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality early years care and education
- Create engaging, age-appropriate learning opportunities
- Foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Work collaboratively with SENCOs, advisors, and external professionals
- Support children with additional needs in an inclusive setting

✅ About You:

- Hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years
- Confident, kind, and calm under pressure
- Creative and playful with a strong sense of initiative
- Passionate about child development and inclusive practice
- Comfortable with the occasional glitter spill and muddy puddle
