Summary
Recruitment Professionals is seeking a Nursery Regional Manager to oversee the performance and development of multiple nursery settings in North London. This is a senior leadership role focused on improving standards, supporting Nursery Managers, and ensuring operational compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership across multiple early years settings
• Support and coach Nursery Managers and senior staff
• Ensure compliance with EYFS, Ofsted, safeguarding, and health & safety regulations
• Drive quality improvement and performance outcomes
• Lead recruitment, staff development, and retention efforts
• Monitor and manage budgets, staffing levels, and occupancy targets
• Develop strong relationships with parents, local authorities, and external agencies
Experience Required:
• 3–5 years of multi-site nursery or early years management
• Proven leadership and operational management experience
• Deep knowledge of early years standards, legislation, and frameworks
• Level 3 childcare qualification (minimum); Level 5+ preferred
• Track record of improving quality and compliance across settings
