Summary
Recruitment Professionals is working with a respected law firm based in Birmingham seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join their growing legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload including divorce, financial remedy, child arrangements, cohabitation disputes, and domestic abuse matters.
- Provide sound legal advice and support to clients with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and liaise with counsel as required.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service delivery.
Requirements:
- PQE in Family Law.
- Strong knowledge of private family law; legal aid experience desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
