Summary
Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a respected law firm for a Post Completions / Case Support Assistant to be based at their Preston office. This vital support role involves managing the post-completion process within a busy residential conveyancing team, ensuring all legal and administrative tasks are handled promptly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out all post-completion duties, including:
o SDLT submissions
o Land Registry applications
o Responding to requisitions
o File closure and archiving
• Provide case support and administrative assistance to fee earners
• Ensure full compliance with legal regulations and internal procedures
• Maintain records using the firm’s case management system
• Liaise with the Land Registry and HMRC

Experience Required:
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a conveyancing support or legal admin role
• Strong knowledge of post-completion procedures is essential
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment
• Familiarity with case management systems
• Legal secretary/CILEx qualification is a plus
