ROTATING SHIFTS

7am - 3:30pm monday - thurs

7am - 12:30 friday

10pm - 6am (EVERY 6 - 8 WEEKS)

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to support our fast-paced production environment.

As a key member of our operations team, you’ll contribute to the manufacturing, packing, and assembly of high-quality components used in industries across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment

  
  

• Perform secondary operations such as packing, assembling, and machine minding

  
  

• Accurately log labour and activities using EFACS/ERP or similar systems

  
  

• Suggest and support continuous improvement initiatives

  
  

• Report hazards or near misses using iAuditor

  
  

• Adhere to company procedures including GMP, GDP, and Quality Management Systems

  
  

• Maintain good housekeeping practices at all times

  
  

• Participate in ongoing training to develop skills and knowledge

  
  

• Positively represent the company and uphold our core values

  
  

• Complete any other duties reasonably requested by management

  
  What We’re Looking For: Essential:

  • Level 1 Maths and English (or equivalent)

    
    

  • Great attention to detail

    
    

  • Ability to follow instructions and work to set processes

    
    

  • Dexterity and good manual handling skills

    
    

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)

    
    

  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

    
    

  • Strong work ethic and a positive “can-do” attitude

    
    Desirable:

    • Level 2 Maths and English (or equivalent)

      
      

    • Experience in a precision engineering/manufacturing environment

      
      

    • Familiarity with EFACS or similar ERP systems

      
      

    • Basic mechanical understanding and ability to use digital tools
