Seasonal Shift Supervisor at a Leading Plant Nurser
Location: Pershore
Pay Rate: £12.21 – £13.18 per hour
Hours: Full-time | Sunday to Thursday | 7AM–5PM or 8AM–6PM during peak season
Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors and leading a team? We're looking for a proactive Shift Supervisor to help manage operations at our busy, vibrant nursery. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support a team of horticulture workers
- Allocate daily duties and keep productivity on track
- Uphold health and safety standards at all times
- Pitch in with general nursery tasks as needed
What You’ll Bring:
✔ Previous experience as a team leader or supervisor (horticulture, agriculture, or warehouse background is a plus)
✔ Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude
✔ Reliability and confidence working outdoors in all weather
