Summary
Full responsibility for daily shop operations
Staff leadership and rota management
Delivering excellent customer service
Stock control and ordering
Ensuring all products meet allergen and food safety guidelines
Training staff on menu items and procedures (training will be provided to you too!)
Maintaining cleanliness, compliance, and a welcoming environment
Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Experience in supervising staff and managing diverse teams effectively.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
