Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the business unit.
Manage and maintain effective filing systems and databases.
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism.
Coordinate travel arrangements for team members and staff.
Support the budget tracking process by monitoring expenses and assisting with procurement tasks.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
