Summary
Well established "mid tier" commercial property team in Sheffield are looking to appoint an additional solicitor to assist with a growing case load. This team act on behalf of OMB's and SME's as well as some national accounts. The case load will be varied and cover acquisitions, disposals, leases, land lord and tenant and some financing issues.
