Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and eager Trainee Load Cell Technician to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are passionate about developing their technical skills in a hands-on environment. The Technician Trainee will receive training and support while assisting experienced technicians in various tasks related to equipment maintenance and repair in the loadcell industry.
Duties
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Strain-gauging, soldering, wiring and fitting amps in industrial weighing equipment
- Testing and calibrating manufactured products
- TIG welding
- Final Assembly & inspection of products
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in processes and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment at all times.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- A keen interest in technology and mechanical systems.
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical principles is advantageous but not essential.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Good communication skills
Previous experience in a technical or mechanical role is a plus but not mandatory for this role as full training will be given to the right candidate.
