About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced FM Maintenance Manager to join a growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in AC, HVAC, gas, or electrical systems, who is ready to lead and deliver excellence in facilities management.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management: Manage relationships with existing maintenance clients and develop new business opportunities.
Team Leadership: Supervise engineers and sub-contractors, ensuring work schedules are effectively managed and delivered.
Contract Oversight: Conduct site surveys, prepare quotes for reactive work, and tender for maintenance contracts.
Profitability: Oversee the successful and profitable delivery of contracts and reactive works.
H&S and Compliance: Work closely with the H&S team to develop and implement health and safety, quality, and training requirements.
Technical Support: Provide technical expertise to engineers, clients, and colleagues as needed.
Invoicing Coordination: Collaborate with FM coordinators and the accounts team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the FM industry.
Technical Expertise: A background in AC, HVAC, gas, or electrical systems is highly desirable.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage workloads, and maintain high standards of service.
Business Development: A proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships.
