Summary
CLASS 1 TRUNKING – UP TO £19.96 PER HOUR!
We’re looking for skilled and dependable Class 1 drivers to join a well-established client in Chesterfield on a permanent basis. This role involves trunking palletised goods in a curtain-sided vehicle, with an average of 1–3 deliveries per day. Experience with curtain-sided trailers is essential, along with a professional, customer-friendly attitude to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries.
A full UK Driver’s Licence with C+E entitlement is essential, along with at least 12 months of Class 1 driving experience. Applicants must have no more than 6 penalty points. A strong customer-focused attitude is also key to this role.
This is a permanent position.
This role runs Monday to Friday, with a requirement to work one Saturday in every three. Daily working hours are 07:30 to 17:30.
Salary ranges from £28,000 to £32,000 per year, depending on experience.
