What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone who:
o Will be fully supportive of the Catholic ethos of our school
o Will work with class teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils
o Promote pupils’ independence, self-esteem and social inclusion
o Give support to pupils, individually or in groups, so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement
o Is well organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Is enthusiastic and works well as part of a team
o Is committed to children’s welfare and safeguarding
