Grade F [6] SCP 17 to 23
34.17 hours per week, term time only
Working pattern: 8.20am - 4.00pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday and 8.20am - 3.10pm Tuesdays
Actual salary £23,212 - £25,765 per annum

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team.
The successful candidate will supervise classes during the short-term absences of the teacher. The role involves communicating the work that has been set by the teacher, keeping learners on task and maintaining high standards of behaviour. There will also be a requirement to supervise small groups of learners who have been temporarily removed from lessons.

relevant experience of working with young people in an educational setting

a strong classroom presence
the ability to establish fair, respectful and supportive relationships with learners
a high level of verbal and written communication
