Job Title: Relief Chef Manager, Central

Location: Various sites around Cambridgeshire, East Anglia & Midlands (travel required)

Salary: £36,000 pa + travel expenses

Contract Type: Full-time / 40 hours per week

Hours: Monday – Friday (occasional evening & weekend may be required)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead kitchen teams across different sites, maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene

Ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations, stepping in during absence or peak periods

Manage stock, orders, and kitchen budgets efficiently

Train and support kitchen staff to maintain consistency and excellence

Work closely with front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional customer service



Qualifications

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or similar leadership role

Flexibility to travel and adapt to new kitchen environments

Strong communication, organisational, and people management skills

Up-to-date Food Hygiene and Health & Safety certifications

Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
