Summary
Assessing patients face to face To undertake immediately necessary investigations e.g blood tests , ECG, urine samples To advise on the need for further investigations e.g chest x-ray To be autonomous in clinical decision making To have an awareness of when and how to seek senior review To keep clear contemporaneous records To formulate a management plan in partnership with the patient To support with the ongoing development and expansion of the Same Day Access Service Access to regular clinical supervision
